RULES FOR ADMISSION

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

STEPS For Admission To Classes II To X 2024-25

1. Application for Admission along with documents (Fee once paid will not be refunded)

2. Online and Offline application will be considered together.

2024-23(II to X) Since Entrance Tests are not conducted this year, Preference in selection will be based on following hierarchy

a. Siblings
b. From other Chinmaya Institutions
c. NRI
d. Inter State
e. Within State (Inter District)
f. Within District. With valid reason

3. A. Essential Documents required along with Application.

A. 1. Birth certificate Copy of the date of birth extract (attested) in respect of admissions coming with Transfer Certificate along with Birth Certificate in original. (Original will be returned)
A. 2. Aadhar card
A. 3. Performance Report from the previous school.
A. 4. Conduct Certificate (Std VII to X)
A. 5. Certificates of Achievement
A. 6. Copy of legal guardianship or court order in-case of separated parents and a recent passport size photograph should be Submitted in the office at the time of admission.
A. 7. Reason for leaving the previous school
A. 8. A copy of proof of address

Without these documents the form will not be accepted. Kindly avoid further requests.

3. B. Essential Documents required after confirmation of Provisional Admission

B. 1. Transfer Certificate (countersigned by the Educational Authorities) in respect of admissions coming from another District/State/Country.
B. 2. Copy of the Pass port in case of Transfer from outside India.
B. 3. Third language clearance certificate for admission to Std IX and X.
B. 4.a to class X – details of IX Std Registration with CBSE
B. 4.b to class XII details of XI std Registration with CBSE

b. Rest in the Merit Order

3. Streams will be allotted based on their performance in Academics

Streams available:

Each Stream will be sanctioned only if minimum registrations required for one division are received

4. Merit List will be published and intimated

5. Admission formalities are to be done on line on the dates mentioned in the stream assigned

6. B. Essential Documents required after confirmation of Provisional Admission

7. On failing completion of the admission formalities on the dates specified, the seats will be assigned to those who are wait listed.

ADMISSION FORMALITIES

Fee Remittance

After getting the confirmation of the admission by Mail/WA, Fee may be remitted on line or through Etlab, our service provider within the specified dates as stated in the intimation.

Date of Interaction and submission of hardcopies of documents will be published or mailed. Both the Parents should be accompanying the child.

After admission, Admission Number will be allotted.

Admission Number allotment letter should be brought at the time of Personal Interaction and at the time of submission of documents.

APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

1. Transfer Certificates are issued after publication of Annual Result on receiving the request from the Parent.

2. Transfer Certificates are issued only after settlement of all dues.

3. Withdrawal of student during the Term is normally not allowed.

4. In case the parent has to leave station on account of his/her transfer to another place.
